・現在, ミダゾラムの静注療法はわが国で治験中(アルフレッサファーマ社)である. EUでは2011年9月に口腔内投与が認められた. わが国でも早急な開発・承認が待ち望まれる. 「はじめに」てんかん重積状態(けいれん重積〕は, 「発作がある程度の長さ以上に続くか, または短い発作でも反復しその間意識の回復がないもの」とILAE(International League Against Epilepsy)(1981)で定義されている.
Currently, the intravenous-injection treatment using the midazolam is on going in Japan as the investigational treatment (Alfressa Pharma Corp.). In September 2011, EU has approved the buccal administration of the midazolam. It is looking forward to the quick development and approval of the drug label in Japan. “Introduction”: Status epilepticus is defined by ILAE(International League Against Epilepsy)(1981) as “one continuous, unremitting seizure lasting longer than certain period of time or recurrent seizure without regaing consciousness between seizures”
