・現在, ミダゾラムの静注療法はわが国で治験中(アルフレッサファーマ社)である. EUでは2011年9月に口腔内投与が認められた. わが国でも早急な開発・承認が待ち望まれる. 「はじめに」てんかん重積状態(けいれん重積〕は, 「発作がある程度の長さ以上に続くか, または短い発作でも反復しその間意識の回復がないもの」とILAE(International League Against Epilepsy)(1981)で定義されている.
Currently, intravenous injection treatment by midazolam is being experimented by Affesa Pharma, in our country. In Eurpoean Union, injection into oral cavity was authorized in September 2011. It is hoped that it will be developed and authorized urgently in our country. At first, status epilepticus is the condition where fit continues longer than certain time, or even if the fit is short , he or she does not come back to be conscious while the fit repeats. It is defined in International League Against Elilepsy 1981.
