ask a favor は知っていますが、向こうから来る文書で、ほとんど見たことないのです。なんか、みんなhelpを使っているように思うので、私もわざと使わないのです。
indemnification for damage としたのは「損害賠償」（の手続き）としたつもりでした。
郵便局は、いまや Japan Post Co., Ltd. が正式名称です。
at the time of arrival これが出てこなかったんですよ～。arrival がでてこなかったんですねぇ。どうしても receive になっちゃって。
