箱を開けると商品がグチャグチャになっていました。
明らかに緩衝材が足りてないために、商品が動いたのだと思います。
そして、1つのカップと2つのボウルが壊れていました。
ボウルは3つ重ねて梱包したため、壊れたと思います。
