Head of business development at Doku, Dhenu Wiarsandi, explained that MyShortCart is primarily aimed at individuals and small businesses who regularly trades online through social media channels. “There is a significant number of individuals who set up shop on BlackBerry Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, and practically all of them employ primarily bank transfers and cash on delivery.
