We have taken note of your complaint of defect - it looks like a cut in the fabric and we are also checking with our production how it passed !
To avoid expensive transportation costs, we request the client bring us the piece when we meet in Tokyo this June. We will check the defect and its cause, and in case authorised by our accounts, issue a credit note or adjust the amount in the next payment.
Noted below but howe long the T-shirt length supposed to be?
At the moment we do not have enough stocks of mouse merino to complete the press sample by May 1st. We are expecting the next delivery of merinos mid to late May, is it going to be possible to extend the delivery date for the sample until then?

現在、5月1日の宣伝用サンプルを十分用意するには、ネズミメリノ羊毛の在庫が十分にありません。メリノ羊毛の次の納入は五月中旬から末を予定しておりますが、サンプルの納品日をその時期まで伸ばしていただくことは可能でしょうか？
