How do I verify my credit/debit card?
In order to conduct a deposit you may be required to validate your credit or debit card by means of a micro deposit. This will be requested during your first EcoCard credit/debit card deposit, we will request an additional amount of between 1.00 EUR and 2.00 EUR (or currency equivalent) as a micro deposit. To validate that you are the owner of the card you will have to check your card account either online or with your paper statement and enter the amount deposited before you are able to do a second and subsequent deposits. Once you have confirmed the micro deposit this value will be credited to your account.

入金を行う際、クレジット/デビットカードの確認が必要になる場合があります。これはごく少額の入金を行っていただくことで行われます。初めて EcoCard のクレジット/デビットカードに入金する場合に、1.00ユーロから 2.00ユーロ (または他の通貨での同等額) の追加入金をお願いしています。お客様がカードの持ち主であることを確認するために、2回目以降の入金をされる前に、カードの口座をオンラインまたは紙の明細でご確認いただいた上で預金額の合計をご入力いただく必要があります。少額入金の確認が取れましたら、この額はお客様のアカウントにクレジットされます。
