１、We published a $14 charge for international shipping and we will honor that price for your purchase. You should be able to enter the ship to address but let me know if it is a problem. If it is just send the address and I will send you a request for an additional PayPal charge to get to the $14.

２、This is the first time in 8 years of posting items all over the world that this has happened.
I do sincerely hope that you eventually receive it, but if it has been lost I will of course reimburse you fully.
Meanwhile I hope all will end well.
