お客様を犯罪者のように扱っているつもりは全くありません。
お客様が届いていない商品にお金を払いたくないように、
私どもはまだ戻ってきてもいない商品の代金を払い戻すことができないだけです。
私どもは少しでも早く商品がお客様に届くように努力をしています。
商品の注文があってからすぐに発送していることは、
確認して戴ければわかる事です。
