荷物がまだ到着しないようなのですが、いつごろ到着の予定でしょうか？
トラッキングナンバーで調べても追跡できないようです。確認してもらえれば助かります。
御存知の通り、日本は津波と原発事故で、かなり混乱してます。日本への輸送時間もかなりかかるようなので、少しでも早く出荷させたいです。

As you may know, delivery service in Japan is rather chaotic. Also it takes much longer to deliver a parcel to Japan therefore I would like to get it shipped to Japan as early as possible.
