修理店に確認しましたが、レターヘッドは持ち合わせてないとのことです。ちなみに日本の個人店ではあまりレターヘッドを持ち合わせているところはありません（海外の取引をしないので）。修理完了の際に、紙面にて修理明細書が届きますが、修理は２～３週間ほどかかるとのことです。申し訳ありませんが、150ドルのご返金を希望します。修理代は１５０ドル以上はかかります。差額は当方で負担します。よろしくお願い致します。

I asked the repair man to find they do not have any letterheads. Japanese small private entities seldom have their letterhead because they deal with only Japanese people. When they finish repairment, they will give me the detailed statement of repairment. They say that repairment will take a few weeks.

I request $150 refund. Actual repairment should cost definitely more than that, but I will bear the shortage.

I would appreciate your understanding.
