発掘当時の写真がありますので、パンフレットをご覧ください。発掘は５年間続き、整備を行い、今では、このように、皆さんにご覧いただけるようになりました。整備されたのは比較的最近のことなので、池上に住んでいる人でも、まだ、ここを知らない人もいます。2000年前の土器もたくさん出てきました。出土品は永寿院の本堂に展示していますので、後ほど見て触ってみてください。2000年前のものです、すごいですよね。

この大きなお墓は徳川家康の孫のお墓です。芳心院という女性のお墓です。

Please see the pictures of excavation in the brochure. The excavation continued for 5 years. The graveyard was developed. Now it is kept neatly, as you see. It was developed so recently that not all the people in Ikegami know it. A lot of earthen vessels of 2000 years old have come out from here. They are displayed at the main hall of Eijuin, which you can see and touch later. They are 2000 years old. Aren't they amazing?

This big tomb is of Tokugawa's granddaughter's. Her name was Hoshinnin.
