途中植えられている木は桜の木です。

今から405年前、1608年建立。重要文化財塔の高さは約32ｍ。戦争でも焼けませんでした。関東では一番古い。周りを囲む彫刻は十二支の動物の彫刻が施されています。扉の中には4人の菩薩と徳川2代将軍の位牌が入っています。徳川2代将軍の病気回復を願い、願いがかなったため建立されました。
特色として江戸時代と桃山時代過渡期の建築様式が出ている塔。桃山時代は江戸時代より前の時代です。桃山時代の塔は日本に一つしかありません。

The feature of the pagoda is a contruction form of transition period between Edo and Momoyama period. Momoyama period is prior to Edo period. It's only pagoda of Momoyama period in Japan.
