すぐに意気投合して、一緒に○○の代理店として協力して頑張っていくことを誓いました。

一つ、私と彼との間で、大きな疑問点があります。
私と彼しかメーカーから直接の輸入はできないはずなのに、
最近、日本の市場で、○○メーカーの商品の出品者がたくさん存在するようになりました。

これは一体なぜなのでしょうか？

We reached agreement and pledged to work together as a ◯◯'s agency.

I have a big doubt between him and me.
Although only he and I are able to import items directly from makers, a lot of companies started to place items of maker◯◯ in Japanese market.

 Why can such a thing happen?

I have made wholesale deals with only a company.
He has never sold items for wholesale. Do you sell directly import items and sell to anyone else in addition to him and me?
