absolutely please return this item to me and i will fully refund you. i was unaware it was not brand new

I have no problem refunding your money plus shipping but I need you to ship it back to me first

if the item in fact is damaged I will return a full refund plus the shipping cost if the item is not damaged I will return a refund

if u return this item I will refund you your money but you may want to check it out I can send you a picture of it lit up. something must just have come loose it was a brand new product
