この度は知的財産権のある商品について出品し、御社に
ご迷惑をお掛けしまして大変申し訳ございません。
深くお詫び申し上げます。
現在は出品商品をすべて確認し、該当する承認はすべて削除致しました。
今後は出品時にチェック工程を増やして再発防止につとめますので
Aへの苦情の撤回をお願いできますでしょうか。
