私は日本に住んでいる吉田です。
Registration addressをアメリカから日本に変更したため出品制限がなされたようです。
アメリカの住所を登録していた理由は転送会社を使用していたためです。
現在は適切な日本の住所を登録しており、これはpaypalに登録している住所とも同じものです。よって現在ポリシー違反はしておりませんので、すみやかに出品制限の解除をお願いします。
