あいにくですが、今回ご予約の部屋のうち、Aはエキストラベッドが用意出来ないタイプです。

ご希望通り、エキストラベッドを手配することが可能です。追加料金が999円になりますので、よろしければ私までお知らせください。

あいにくですが、予約された2つの部屋は建物が異なるため、部屋と部屋を近くにすることが出来ません。
予約の部屋にはコネクトタイプがないので、同じ階の近くに用意します。

ご希望通り、次の到着まで荷物をお預かりすることが可能です。到着時にフロントに申し付けください

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate an additional bed in one of booked room, A.

We can arrange an additional bed as you had requested. Additional charge for this bed will be 999 yen. Should you like us to make the arrangement please let me know.

Unfortunately the 2 rooms that you had booked are located in different sections of the building therefore it is not possible to have them next to each other.
There is no room type with inter connected rooms therefore I will arrange rooms to be located in same floor and close to each other.

There is no problem in storing your luggage until your next stay. Please notify at reception on your arrival.
