返送先の住所はどちらにしましたか？
もしまだ返送をされていないようでしたら、日本の私の住所宛てに返送していただきたいです。
EMSラベルにも記載してあったと思いますが、再度返送先住所を書いておきます。

それから、商品の確認はできますが、直すのは難しい可能性が高いです。
ですので、こちらに商品が届き次第お客様に返金をいたします。
なお、返品に必要な送料についても、返金の際に合わせてお返しいたします。

Therefore, I'll make a refund as soon as the goods reach me.
With regard to the shipping cost for the returned goods, I'll pay it back along with the refund.
