I'm sorry you're having a problem with the installation. We can certainly make arrangements for you to get a replacement DVD #6 for the Ivory II Grands. Are you located in the US?

Until then, I have a few suggestions that might help you complete the installation:

- Try manually dragging the file directly from the DVD into the Ivory Items folder on your hard drive. If this is successful, open the Ivory Items/Tools folder and run the Ivory Library Installer. It should continue the installation where it needs to.

- Try using a different DVD drive or another computer to read the file from the DVD, then move it to the Ivory Items folder on your hard drive using a USB flash drive or other portable media.
