your Autopay collection that was due on 27 Apr 2013 was rejected

Please could you now sign and return a new Direct Authorisation From for recurring payment along with the amount of HKD 20000 to us on or before 28 May 2013
You can either

1.Send us apersonal cheque or bank draft, made payable to Standard Life (Asia) Limited, and write your policy number on the back
2.Pay via Phone Payment Service (PPS) with your bill number 00042320 and our Marchant Code 9373

IF you've already sent the payment and your new Direct Debit Authorisation From for recurring payment, there's no need to do anything else
