貴方と契約をして２週間が過ぎましたが、私が依頼した作業が一向に進んでいません。何故ですか？
今回貴方に渡した指示書ではeBに出品することは出来ませんか？

私は初回の仕事依頼は固定価格での支払いにしています

何故なら、契約者がどの位のスキルが有るのか分からないからです

例えば、以前リサーチで契約した人は私が幾らリサーチ方法を教えても結果は私の望むものとは反するものでした。時間給ではどのような結果でも支払わなければなりません。よって私は少なくとも初回の仕事は固定価格での支払いに拘るのです

It’s been 2 weeks since we closed the contract and yet the work I’ve requested has not been making progress. Why? You can’t put items to eB following the instruction I provided you this time?

I pay a fixed amount of money for the work I request first time.

The reason is because I don’t know how skillful the contractor is at the phase.

For example, the person I contracted for a research work only came up with the result that was contrary to my desired outcome. If I pay by an hour, I will have to pay regardless of the outcome. Therefore, I stick to paying a fixed amount at least for the first time.
