We have a new bookkeeper . She is having a difficult timing matching the invoices from 2010 to the payments we received from you. So we can get the books straight moving into Spring 11, can you please email me a chart that outlines all payments sent to during 2010 along with the invoices each payment was for? Samples will always be in S - as this is pattern and measurements is already with the factories and in order for them to get the samples in time they use the Sampling/Development patterns and cannot wait for the graded patterns for the sample orders.
