私達は、貴社がエージェントとなっているZ社株式（クラスB、BooK-entry　shares）を保有する日本法人です。
今回私達は、Z社株式を、売却が可能なクラスAに転換したうえ、X証券（米国）に開く証券口座に振替えて、売却したいと考えています。

ついては、
①クラスBからクラスAへの振替
②貴社からX証券への振替

の指示を貴社に行うために、貴社に提出する指示書の書式や、準備が必要な書類を教えて下さい。

我々は外国株式の売却に不慣れのため、丁寧に教えてもらえると嬉しいです。

Our company is the Japanese corporation that owns the Company Z (Class B, BooK-entry shares) that serves as the agent for your company.
We are considering after converting to Class A in which exchanging is possible, selling the Company Z stock by transferring to the securities account opened in X Securities (USA).

So the next step should be as follows.
①Convert from Class B to Class A
②Transfer to X securities from your company

In order to put these into practice, please tell us the format of instructions which should be submitted to you as well as any other necessary documents.
