実際にお支払い頂いた金額を記載しても良いですか?
それとも変更しますか?
24時間以内に返事を頂けない場合は、トラブル防止の為にも実際にお支払い頂いた金額を記載して出荷させて頂きます。
トラブル時の補償については、EMS伝票に記載した金額の範囲内での補償となりますことを予め御了承下さい。
ただし、梱包は完璧の状態で出荷します。
返品は受け賜りますが、幾つかの条件を満たす必要があります。

If I cannot receive your reply within next 24 hours, I will declare the amount as you paid to avoid unwanted trouble and will make shipment. I will make the packing safe and secured.
Would you please accept the condition when there is a trouble arisen, what I can insure is an amount declared on EMS slip.
