私は商品がすぐに必要でしたが、このセラーは在庫切れである事を報告せずに発送をしたと嘘の報告をして、時間稼ぎをしました。

そして、発送前に何度もキャンセルを要請したのにも関わらず、勝手に発送をしてその商品を返品する為に私は多大の時間と労力を要しています。返送代金も＄70掛かりました。ですので、商品代金とは別に＄70を請求します。

セラーは商品が戻ってきたら返金をすると言っていますが、金額が大きく私はそのお金がすぐに必要なので、早急に返金を要請します。

I needed that item right away, however the seller failed to tell me they did not have it in stock, lied that they sent it and stalled for time.

Furthermore, despite me requesting to cancel the order numerous times before it was sent out, the seller shipped it of their own accord and it is taking me quite a lot of time and effort to return the product. The return shipping fee cost me $70. Therefore, I am requesting $70, separate to the price of the product.

The seller is saying that they will refund me when they get the item back, however it is a lot of money and I need it now so I would like to request an immediate refund.
