facebook広告の支払方法をPayPalで設定をすると、以下のエラーが表示されます。
PayPalに問合せをしたところ以下の回答でした。
エラー画面がfacebook様のエラー画面となります。
先にご案内した通り、ペイパルアカウントの状態には問題がありませんので、facebook様側でエラーが出ている可能性がございます。
大変お手数ではございますが、facebook様へお問合わせ頂けますでしょうか。
ご確認を頂けますでしょうか。

When I set the Facebook advertising payment as PayPal, the error below appears.
When I contacted PayPal, I recieved the answer below.
This error screen is originated from Facebook.
As corresponding with the reply earlier, your PayPal account seems to be in order, so there is a possibility that there is something wrong occuring with Facebook in this instance.
Apologies for causing you trouble, but please check with Facebook to clear this trouble.
Could you check this error?
