facebook広告の支払方法をPayPalで設定をすると、以下のエラーが表示されます。
PayPalに問合せをしたところ以下の回答でした。
エラー画面がfacebook様のエラー画面となります。
先にご案内した通り、ペイパルアカウントの状態には問題がありませんので、facebook様側でエラーが出ている可能性がございます。
大変お手数ではございますが、facebook様へお問合わせ頂けますでしょうか。
ご確認を頂けますでしょうか。

There is a error shown below when I selected PayPal for the payment of advertisement in facebook.
When I inquired to PayPal, their reply is as follows;
Since the error page is of facebook and there is no problem on PayPal account, it is possible that there is error in facebook side.
I apologize for taking your time but please inquire with facebook.
Could you verify and confirm the error?
