The reason your disbursement did not occur on 5 May is due to the fact that your Seller Account is currently under review. Please be assured that an Account Review is nothing to worry about and is standard Amazon Business practise.

Unfortunately, whilst your account is under review a Rolling Reserve is placed on the funds in your Account. The reserve will be equivalent to your gross sales amount for the preceding 7 days. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily. When your account balance exceeds the reserve amount, funds will be available per your disbursement schedule.
