前月に出荷できたものがなぜいきなりルールが変わるのでしょうか？

そうルールを簡単に変えられてしまうと安心して御社に荷物を届けることができません。

一度小さなロッドで確認してから、こちらも大きなロッドを買っているので、必ず出荷制限は解除して頂きたい

I had this item shipped once from your company in April.
