Globally, there are at least 20 design crowdsourcing websites but Australia is the leader in the space and punches well above its weight with the two largest design crowdsourcing sites coming out of Australia (including, DesignCrowd). Australia is also home to startups Imagebrief (which specialises in photo crowdsourcing) and established design marketplaces like Envato whose WordPress theme marketplace themeforest (just one of their half a dozen marketplaces) has twice the traffic of istockphoto and is now in the top 100 websites in India.
