ご連絡ありがとうございます。ミーテングの日程はこのまま、5月3日でお願いします。
工場は稼働していなくても見ることが出来れば大丈夫ですので。

また商品について質問させていただいたり、発送までの流れ(ライアンさんのしているお仕事)が見れば、と思います。
最近では注文数が増えているので、しばしば商品間違いがあります。
私達でもわかりやすくオーダーする工夫をしたいので、仕事現場を参考にさせていただければと思います。

Thank you for your communication. We would like to request that the meeting schedule remain as it is, on the 3rd of May.
Even if the factory is not working, so long as we can see it that should be acceptable.

We would like to ask further questions regarding the goods, and see the process up until they are sent. (The work done by M. Lion.)
As recently the number of orders has increased, errors have frequently occurred.
We would like to devise a simple order process, so we believe that seeing the the location of the actual work will serve as an important reference.
