メーカーの箱に商品が入っていて、
その上から、さらに別の箱で梱包された状態。
商品、メーカーの箱に傷がつかないように保護して梱包された状態です。

この点を踏まえて、交換の品を送っていただけるのであれば、交換とします。
この先も、商品、パッケージの、品質を保って、日本に送っていただけるのであれば、今後も、御社より、商品を購入します。

私の求める品質に応えるのが難しいようでしたら、払い戻しとします。

If you proceed to a replacement under these conditions, I am willing to ask for it.
If I can receive the product and the package in good quality in Japan, I am thinking of buying you other products.
If you think it is hard for you to satisfy my requests I would like a reimbursement.
