仮に商品の交換をした場合にお願いしたいのは、
メーカーの箱に商品が入っていて、
その上から、さらに別の箱で梱包された状態。
商品、メーカーの箱に傷がつかないように保護して梱包された状態です。

この点を踏まえて、交換の品を送っていただけるのであれば、交換とします。
この先も、商品、パッケージの、品質を保って、日本に送っていただけるのであれば、今後も、御社より、商品を購入します。

私の求める品質に応えるのが難しいようでしたら、払い戻しとします。

If I were to exchange the product, I will need it to be in the original manufacturer's box and have that packed within another box. Please make sure that both the product and the manufacturer's box are not damaged.

If you can send a replacement item to exchange under the above conditions, I would like to make an exchange. I will continue to purchase merchandise from your company as long as the quality of the products and packaging are maintained in your shipments to Japan.

If it appears to be difficult to provide the quality I am seeking, then I would like to request a refund.
