私は、商品を２つ購入したのですが、
・１つは、メーカーの箱に入っていない状態で届き、商品に傷がついています。
・１つは、持ち手部分の根元が簡単に外れてしまいました。

先日、私は、職場の同僚に、私に代わって、問合せの電話をかけてもらいました。
スタッフの Kuehlewind さんが、親切に対応してくださったと聞いています。

商品交換か、払い戻しか、決める前に、確認したい事があります。

・One got its handle separated very easily from its original place.

The other day, one of my coworker called for me to make an inquiry on this matter.
