・１つは、メーカーの箱に入っていない状態で届き、商品に傷がついています。
・１つは、持ち手部分の根元が簡単に外れてしまいました。

先日、私は、職場の同僚に、私に代わって、問合せの電話をかけてもらいました。
スタッフの Kuehlewind さんが、親切に対応してくださったと聞いています。

商品交換か、払い戻しか、決める前に、確認したい事があります。

• One of them was not delivered in the manufacturer's box and had a scratch on it.
• The handle on one of the products came off from the base quite easily.
