There is a message saying that the item can’t be shipped out due to some problem.

These items were previously shipped out without having any problem Therefore, I believe there should be no issues shipping out these items so, please let me know what the problem is in details and what action I should take to solve this problem. I will do whatever I can do at my side right now.
