But as buyer told me to send it back to the address that is not registered in paypal, I sent it back to there.

The item seems to be stopped at a custom of buyer's mother country.
I believe I have no fault in that.
However, since I want to settle this problem quietly, if the buyer requires refund strongly, I will follow that.
