Hi, I sent you a message when I opened up a case through Ebay. I did NOT receive what I ordered from you. I DID receive the wand, but only the wand by itself. You did NOT include the original package/box for the wand, only the wand itself. And in the listing, you said it came with the box. Honestly, I'm not happy. :( The wand is in great condition and your order came very fast, and I thank you for that, but I need that original box like you said in the description, or I'm going to need you to refund me. I WOULD like the box, is it available and you just forgot to put the wand inside it? What is going on? Please respond asap. Thank you.
