Any market information and trading history is generated and based from
Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) system and other counterparties that PPS does
business with such settlement bank and/or other securities relating firms. PPS
undertakes no obligation to obtain competitive quotes or markets from the others,
example: exchange rate or interest rate.

Customer must select the option to sell and to buy clearly. Shall you want to
cancel/change the transaction, you must give reasonable time for PPS to transfer
the data.

Either party to this Agreement may terminate this Agreement without cause on no less than
three (3) Business Days prior written notice to the other party to this Agreement.

日本語

いかなる市場情報ならびに取引履歴も、カンボジア証券取引所（CSX）システムと、PPSがそのような決済銀行、および／または他の証券関連会社とともに取引している、その他の契約相手において生成されるものとする。PPSは、その他から相見積もりもしくは市場を取る義務を負わない。例： 為替レートや金利。

顧客は、売りと買いのオプションを明確に選ばなければならない。取引をキャンセルして/変更したい場合、PPSに、そのデータを転送するための合理的な時間を与えなければならない。

本契約のいずれの当事者も、本契約の相手方への3営業日以上前の事前の書面による通知により、理由なく本契約を解除することができる。
