I am afraid that there is some rather unfortunate news I must relay.
This time, due to copyright issues, the purchased item can no longer be sold in Japan. I am deeply sorry for this, but would it be at all possible to cancel the purchase of the ten goods and receive a return of the payment?
I would certainly be happy to contact you again should the sale of these items become possible again in Japan.
It is inexcusable for me to have caused such a bother and amount of trouble over this and I am truly sorry. I will patiently await your further correspondence.

For me, a bit lengthy and too literal. Some Japanese words doesn't really mean much as it seems. Ex. "申し訳ございません" doesn't necessarily mean "inexcusable".
