Also, to ask if my case was such a troublesome to deal with. I would have thought that my request to switch to the verified address in eBay would be a simple one. If eBay admits that it needs to improve its service and it is possible to do so, then I will repeatedly go after eBay for a settlement of this matter, which customer’s request was totally disregarded.
