前回、問い合わせした時に、2･3月の配達で500個以上入荷するから、すぐに私に送ってくれるという約束でもう少し待つといいましたが、４月に入っても、いまだに商品をうけとっていません。全額返金していただけませんか？

When we contacted last time, you told me that you were expecting to get more than 500 pcs for the February/March shipment and agreed to ship them out right away, so I was waiting for the shipment. It’s already April but I haven’t received the item yet. I would like to get my money back. Please refund.

備考: 購入した商品が届かなくて、先月I understand. If you will promise that you will definitely send me the item from the February/March shipment, then I will wait a little longer.
I hope that the item arrives soon.とメールしましたがやはり商品が届かないので、相手に返金を依頼したいと思います。
