前回、問い合わせした時に、2･3月の配達で500個以上入荷するから、すぐに私に送ってくれるという約束でもう少し待つといいましたが、４月に入っても、いまだに商品をうけとっていません。全額返金していただけませんか？

購入した商品が届かなくて、先月I understand. If you will promise that you will definitely send me the item from the February/March shipment, then I will wait a little longer.
