まず、新品の商品で出品しているにも関わらず、箱が無いことを記載していないのはなぜですか？理由を説明いして下さい。レンズは汚れているだけではなく、細かいキズも数か所あります。私が80ドルの返金を求めている理由は、中古の相場を参考にしています。箱がなく、レンズにキズが付いている。またゴーグルのベルトには髪の毛までついていました。80ドルの返金を希望しないのであればもちろん商品を返品します。全額の返金を希望します。
