Hello,the tech said this is easy to repair,the dial could not turn around well because you did not repair the bent parts enough.
You need to use the tool to make the bent part into horizontal.Then the dial will be turn smoothly.
Also,please remember don't put the handle down when you turn the dial,or those parts would be bent again.
