Reason: Item Does Not Meet Customer Expectations

Details: This item is not what I ordered. The toy that arrived is not made by WowWee as it is listed on Amazon.com. I am very unhappy about this because it was supposed to be a gift for my son and I am leaving next month to see him. Please send me instructions for returning this and send me a replacement of the the correct item I ordered or a full refund.

The seller on the official website says WOWWEE robot toy, but in fact it is made in a company name is JIA QI.
