この膳(Zen)シリーズには、日本の刃物作りのメッカ岐阜県関市の7世紀以上にわたる刃物鍛冶の伝統的職人の技が受け継がれております。ブレードは本刃付けを施しており、すばらしい切れ味です。ブレード表面には、打ち刃物の荒々しさとダマスカス材が織りなす柔らかさを融合した模様が施されています。同じ模様は２つとありませんので、自分だけの包丁として愛着が湧きます。
