ご注文して頂いた商品を確認した所、在庫切れしておりました。私たちは店舗でも販売しているのですが、受注システムの在庫管理にタイムラグがあり、実際には在庫切れしていたにも関わらずご注文できる状態になっていたようです。せっかくご注文頂きましたのに誠に申し訳ございません。
