ご注文して頂いた商品を確認した所、在庫切れしておりました。私たちは店舗でも販売しているのですが、受注システムの在庫管理にタイムラグがあり、実際には在庫切れしていたにも関わらずご注文できる状態になっていたようです。せっかくご注文頂きましたのに誠に申し訳ございません。
入荷予定につきましても未定の為、恐れ入りますがこの度のご注文をキャンセルして頂けますでしょうか？この度はせっかくご注文頂きましたのにご期待に添えず申し訳ございませんでした。今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

I found that the item you ordered is out of stock as I have confirmed. We also sell it in our shop, and the Inventory management of the ordering system caused time lag, and the item was available although it was actually out of stock. We are terribly sorry that we cannot serve you in spite of you order.
We are also unsure about the schedule for restocking, we are afraid but would like to ask you kindly to cancel this order this time.
